Very concerned. I ordered one of these blocks on 8/19 and it hasn’t shipped. I’ve reached out via email(twice), toll free number, Instagram (dm and commented on a post) all with no response. Order #14824 please please please get back to me! It was supposed to be a very special gift and I’m sad that the occasion has passed. Even more sad that I can’t get in touch with anyone from this company. Please!
