I loved the product I received. It was good quality and the etching was well-executed. It was slow to arrive, and attempts to communicate with the provider were ignored for an unreasonably long time. After more than one email and several voicemails, I finally received an apology email.
I love the product but would suggest giving better customer service.
Decanter and glasses were professionally personalized and quality appears high end. I would have loved the option to step it up a notch with a custom case to store glasses and decanter. (Unfortunately this was not an option) Instead I purchased a nice box and custom cut the foam separately to support all items myself. Now it appears as a luxury gift!

Order the honey jar back in Jan. 2025 It's April 24, 2025 still did not get it. Had to do a claim with my bank to get my money back. Tried to call, email but never got a call back. Would have given a 0 star but it will not let me, guess everyone gets a pertissupation award!
