After two uses, the cutting board (which was a gift for my brother for his birthday) came apart. I reached out to customer support several times to try to get a replacement with no reply. Pretty disappointing for what was a sentimental (and not inexpensive) purchase.

Very happy with the decanter and highball glasses. Elegant and classy. My only disappointment is regarding shipping…I emailed to confirm my pkg would arrive prior to Christmas. Received confirmation and was promised it would be received prior to Christmas and was received much later…after the New Year. As we got closer to Christmas I called and emailed and got no response.
