We use a combination of technologically advanced software as well as old school traditional hand tracing. This allows us to extract the original handwritten recipe no matter how old and messy the paper it's on is.
We automatically engrave wider recipes horizontally and longer recipes vertically. That is the best way to have the recipe as big as possible on the board.

Hand wash ONLY. Do not put in dishwasher. Gently wash with a damp cloth and a little soap. Do not submerge in water.
