Wrote to the email address requesting a customization, which they told me could be done. I placed the order only for it to arrive incorrect. I reached out by email regarding the issue and did not receive a response.
Quality is good if you want something standard from their catalogue, but don’t expect the customization that they claim to offer
Really well made. I’ve bought 5 - one for each of my family - with a family recipe that we all loved when we were growing up.
The gift note was written with poor legibility and included spelling errors. Otherwise product itself was very nice and as advertised.
I ordered the custom engraved cutting board, and was the best gift for my husband. The material quality and the engraver is great. I really recommend it.
I ordered the medium and large walnut cutting boards and these boards are very nice! There were some very minor imperfections on the wood itself but I believe thats to be expected with natural wood. Nothing a little sanding wont fix. I will most likely be getting the butcher block in the future for a thicker board. Thank you!
