Multiple attempts to email and call to request assist with a reorder and no response or resolution
I received the decanter and the stopper was missing. I emailed and the lady told me to look in the box as it would be there... it wasn't that's why we emailed them in the first place. Since, I've called and left 2 messages and now the voice mail is full. I've emailed as well and no answer. Ugh. Very upsetting. The decanter is awesome but?????
