Placed a custom order back in April 2024. Emailed the seller to confirm what I wanted, didn’t hear back from my emails until May when they said they were swamped for Mother’s Day. And still after that didn’t confirm my custom order and asked for my order to be canceled. Sent a couple more emails and they didn’t respond. I filed a dispute with my bank, and Maison custom fought it though they never sent my order. I didn’t receive a refund from my bank until October 2024. Absolutely horrible customer service and experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Very impressed with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gift for someone that has everything.

We ordered a sign of our great nieces name for over her crib. Her mother LOVES it! Although delivery was a bit late.
The finished product is beautiful; however it didn’t arrive by Christmas and I paid for extradited shipping cost of $40 extra that was not refunded.
