I ordered this as a gift for someone. Did it take forever to arrive? Yes but I understand the delay was because the Canada Post strike put other delivery companies far behind, so I can't blame Maison Customs for that. I know a lot of ppl are going to complain about the delay but it was a domino effect within the postal industry. The person I gave this item to as a gift absolutely LOVED it and I was very happy with my purchase! Would definitely order from them again!

Although my ordered item took 3-4 weeks longer than anticipated, once it finally arrived it was FABULOUS!!

I let the firm know that I was not having any luck tracking through FedEx and they responded by telling me to work with FedEx. Beyond frustrating. I am challenging the charge and will go elsewhere for my product.
