Hi..my kid ordered a custom board for Christmas to gift her mom on dec 7th…the gift arrived much after Christmas and worse there’s no response from your team despite multiple queries on status!

This company fixed my problem right away after I contacted them. My husband loves his personalized decanter , he quickly cleaned and filled it with his favorite liquor.

From beginning to end a nightmare. Ordered December 8th and pays for express shipping (40.00). On the website at the time, there was zero indication of any processing or shipping delays. Before placing the order, I confirmed dispatch within 3 business days. This would give me enough time to receive the item in time for our Holiday Party (it was a gift). Fast forward to December 13 and I email customer service to confirm shipment. After waiting two days I got a reply stating it would ship the next day (Dec 17). Not ideal but still enough time to get the gift on time. A week later, still hadn’t shipped. Once again told it would ship that day. That would make the gift late and pointless. I escalated and received a nasty email from Daniel (apparently a manager), reading me chapter and verse about how busy they are, the postal strike etc. The tone was so ridiculously rude that he ended up apologizing (in a separate email after I called him out) and he agreed to ship that day (it’s now 2 weeks later and I’ve shelled out money for another gift) and that he’d refund me the 40.00 shipping fee, keep in mind that nothing on their website at my order time or even a week after accounted for delays. Still wasn’t shipped and finally got it December 24th. I never got my refund so followed up and customer service completely went back on Daniel’s word (which is in writing). As I write this today, I am still so angry and annoyed that I can’t believe this place stays in business. I’ve told everyone to know at work to avoid this place like the plague and we’ve got a lot of retirement and promotion business we could’ve sent you, had your company operated properly. Absolutely disgraceful.
