I ordered this as a gift for someone. Did it take forever to arrive? Yes but I understand the delay was because the Canada Post strike put other delivery companies far behind, so I can't blame Maison Customs for that. I know a lot of ppl are going to complain about the delay but it was a domino effect within the postal industry. The person I gave this item to as a gift absolutely LOVED it and I was very happy with my purchase! Would definitely order from them again!

Although my ordered item took 3-4 weeks longer than anticipated, once it finally arrived it was FABULOUS!!

Never received item, customer service is non existent

I placed an order in November 2024. Here it is, almost February, still haven’t received it. I’ve sent 2 emails to the company (no response) and left several voicemails (you guessed it, no response). I’m working with PayPal to get my money back.

A Great 50th Birthday Gift!

The items I got were really nice. I had an issue using the site, to the extent that I wanted to personalize the items more, but had an issue accessing the correct area on the site. I called the number provided, left my name and number looking for help, (twice) but did not receive a call back. I liked the items enough to order without but would have put the gift over the top and would have exceeded my expectations.
