I have to say that I'm extremely disappointed, as I really love supporting small, family owned, Canadian companies.
I ordered this Christmas gift for my husband, from my kids, on December 11th, expecting it to be delivered on time (as stated in your website, orders received AFTER December 15th could not be guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas). I emailed the company on December 27th asking if they had shipped the order, I never received a response.
I called the company on December 30th and left a message, and called again in the morning of the 31st, and again, never received a response. I later got an email confirming that it had been shipped. The order finally arrived on January 6th.
I have to say that we are elated by the quality of the glasses and decanter. My husband was blown away. They are absolutely stunning!!
That said, sadly, based on my experience and the lack of customer service, I will not be ordering from your company again, nor will I ever refer your company to friends and family.
And as stated above, it is extremely disappointing.

I got this wallet custom engraved and it looks great! It’s exactly what I wanted. Good quality leather. Definitely worth the money.
We had trouble with shipping because of the Canada post strike but the customer service was fantastic. This company is easy to get a hold of and willing to help.
Would definitely look at ordering more from them based on customer service alone.
