The product was as expected. It was a little pricey but I agreed to it since it was customized.
I ordered on 22th of November and no come back from your company until I reached out to you on December 3rd.
I’m pretty sure my order was somewhere in the no men’s land.
I’m happy I did so because my order was delivered no less than 5 days later.
In other words, you offer a good product, for a price that customers will agree to pay ( according to the season) but the follow up as to be made by the client.
You have something good here just work on your follow up with your customer.
I would have understand better if someone had responded to me. Instead I got my order shipped right away.
Small business with higher price mean also proximity with your clients.
