Disappointing service

Placed my order on November 24 for a personalized cutting board. Order arrived on December 3 but I received someone else’s board. Contacted via email and phone. Spoke with someone who apologized for the error and that they would send out my replacement board. Followed up on Dec 14 regarding status, received a generaizedl email response which didn’t tell me much abt the status of my order. Since it was your error and also, it was a Christmas gift, I expected an expedited order back. Unfortunately I have yet to receive my order in time for Christmas. Very disappointed in your service.
