Was super excited to support a small business. Ultimately that wasn’t the case. I uploaded photos when I placed my order (to find out later they didn’t upload) waited and waited for my order. Emailed twice and called nearly a dozen times before I finally got ahold of someone who told me they never received my photos but had seen both my emails inquiring about my order but never bothered to respond. Finally sent my photos, to be told the mug couldn’t be done. I asked to see the design offered and gave an alternate to which I’ve still never heard back about. Finally asked to ship my cutting board and to refund the mug ordered. Never heard anything back, still no refund or communication, which is pretty disappointing. So now I’m out over $52 because no one seems to actually care. Very disappointing experience and can’t say I’d recommend it again. Perhaps it was a one off but overall unimpressed.
The knife I ordered from you for my brother-in-law is beautiful. He collects knives and is very happy to add this one to his collection.
