MAISONCUSTOM currently only ships to the USA and Canada.

Shipping cost is a flat rate of $15. All orders over $150 ship for free.

Please allow 5 to 7 days for your order to ship.

Delivery can take 2 to 7 business days depending on where you order from.

We ship orders from USA and Canada depending on where you are located.

MAISONCUSTOM works with a variety of shipping couriers and delivery companies including the ones listed below. We automatically send out the order with the best option available. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

Keep in mind tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

Taxes

United States
There are currently no taxes or duties charged to orders delivered in the USA. 

Canada
For orders that are placed within Canada, customers will be charged federal and provincial sales taxes -- these depend on which province the order is being shipped to.

Returns
Please note, due to the nature of personalized products, MAISONCUSTOM does not offer returns. We do have a 30-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee meaning we will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your order. If you have any issues with an item you have received please reach out to info@MAISONCUSTOM.com within 30-days so we can make it right.

- How long will it take to receive my item?

99% of MAISONCUSTOM orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours. Once shipped, time in-transit will depend on your location and which carrier we used. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 8 business days.

- What is your return policy?

Since of all the items at MAISONCUSTOM are sold personalized, they cannot be returned. Rest assured, we do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee though.

- What is your 100% satisfaction 30-Day guarantee?

Although we do not accept returns, MAISONCUSTOM will do everything in its power to make sure you are satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy with the item you received please reach out to info@MAISONCUSTOM.com and we'll do our best to make it right.

- I'm trying to customize an item but it looks messy?

Do not worry, the instant customization tool may not work 100% of the time. You can continue with your order and we'll reach out to you to make sure the design is done properly before we engrave it.

- Will my custom design look exactly like in the preview illustrations?

Please note the previews are only for illustration purposes. The actual product you receive will look much better. The tool we use to display instant previews cannot be accurate 100% of the time, it just to give you a rough idea of the end product. But before we personalize your item, we make sure it'll come out looking perfect. That means we take the time to make any adjustments necessary, for example centering it properly, fixing spacing and sizing issues, etc.

- Do you have a coupon code?

MAISONCUSTOM offers $10 OFF your first order, simply use coupon code: HELLO at check out. We only carry quality items and have a stringent quality control department. All of the personalization and engraving is done in house, the items are hand-finished which makes for a premium product that cannot be discounted further.

- Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $150. MAISONCUSTOM has a flat rate shipping fee of $15 to USA and Canada for orders under $150.

- Do you offer quantity discounts?

MAISONCUSTOM is open to offering bulk pricing for orders of over 10 pieces (of the same item/design). For example, for corporate gifting, weddings, bridal showers, bachelor parties etc. Please reach out to info@MAISONCUSTOM.com with your inquiry.
