I have been waiting on my order since the end of May. I have called several times and emailed countless times as well. No response to emails and 2 calls answered with apologies and statements that my order will be shipped immediately. Still do not have my item but the company has my full payment!!!

Tip: be patient if shipping takes much longer than expected. I was getting exasperated but it was worth the wait for sure.
