Make sure you read the fine print. Unfortunately I purchased this using the preview image and didn’t read the fine print. Paid for a 3” tall name for a nursery and no customer service, clearly this happens often. Paid extra to make sure it was thicker than standard as I thought it would be flimsy. Very disappointing
