While the ordering process and communication were excellent, we were somewhat disappointed in the quality of the imprint on the box. We understand wood density can cause some variation in color, but our customization looked somewhat unevenly applied. Having said that, grilling set was a gift (and to be fair, we can only go by what we saw in the photo the recipient sent us) and the he seemed pleased with it.
