Quick to receive and Beautiful

I placed an order for a personalized decanter and 2 glasses on Thursday night and received it today (Tuesday afternoon). I was worried that it wouldn't get here on on time but 3 business days is crazy! So impressed! This is for a friends 40th and he's going to love it. It looks amazing and can't want for him to see it.

My spouse loved his (belated) birthday gift, the personalized decanter actually exceeded my expectations. The two complimentary wine glasses were a great addition, keep it up. .

However, the order came in a little bit late than anticipated after a couple of 'unresponded to' emails.
The courier (FedEx) also did not make it any better by poor communication in relation to delivery times yet this was supposed to be an expedited shipment. I eventually had to travel to their offices to collect my long overdue delivery.
My advice - be responsive to emails and use effective courier services. Overall the purchased item was great and is a treasured piece in our home
