When I initially ordered letters for my granddaughter‘s wall, I thought I was getting something different. The owner received my phone call and explain to me how the letters are measured and how they are done. I re-ordered the letters the length and height that I wanted and he gave me a discount because I was confused about what I was ordering initially. The owner not only gave me the discount, but he also educated me on how this was done. I would order from them again.
