The maple grill board shows skilled woodwork and etching, though it arrived with a split in the board. It was disappointing and we understand it can happen. Our son loved the board when he pulled it from carton. But the split was obvious.
We would love a replacement for this board snd understand your products are backed by unbeatable satisfaction and guarantee.

Really lovely champagne glasses that will make a very nice gift for my niece’s wedding. Very impressed with the quality.
My daughter received the flutes that I ordered for her wedding but one of the flutes had a big scratch on it. I sent an e-mail to the customer service listed on the website but never received a reply. The one that was not scratched was beautiful but I would like for them to have a matching set without any scratches. I even included a picture of the scratch. I would really like for the one to be replaced. I would love to give a 5 star review and would have if I had of had a reply to my previous email with an option to replace the damaged flute.
