I purchased a custom decanter for a Christmas gift.

I placed an order and never received the item. I have had 1 reply back and have never heard another word since and no replacement item. Disappointed to say the least.
I got the walnut cutting board for my wife for Christmas. The cutting board looks great and its very sturdy. Haven’t used it much yet for a durability review but its a great looking kitchen accessory
All I got was the run around, no pocket knife just got screwed out of $50
